Send your bracelet to the address below and add a card with your name and order number on it. Make sure you seal the envelope tightly and, if necessary, stick the charm(s) on a card.
Shipping is at your own risk and we recommend that you send your package with Track & Trace. After receiving your bracelet, we will update you about this per e-mail. Qe will restring your charms and dispatch your bracelet to your address within 2 weeks.
