All our jewellery is made and/or selected with care. Nevertheless there is a chance that you are not completely satisfied.
Unfortunately hand engraved jewellery can not be returned or exchanged.
This applies to tailor-made products, according to the request of the buyer, that are only manufactured after the order is placed. These products cannot be sold after return. Regarding MAMALOVES this concerns jewellery with a hand engraved, personalized engraving. These products fall outside the scope of the termination right.
Mistake of our side in engraving
If MAMALOVES has made a mistake in the engraving, a new piece of jewellery will be made, free of charge. You can reach us by using this contact form. We will get in touch (by telephone) with you as soon as possible. Or send an email to email@example.com.
Bracelet does not fit or knot releases within six weeks
We will fix this, free of charge. You can send the bracelet to: MAMALOVES, Nieuwe Gracht 7, 2011 NB Haarlem, The Netherlands. Please specify name and address.
Return or exchange of other jewellery
If notified within 14 days, the non-personalized jewellery can be returned or exchanged. After this period of time sales are final:
1. Get in touch with MAMALOVES within 14 days after receiving your jewellery by using this contact form or by firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, your address and -if applicable- the item that you wish to trade your jewellery for.
2. MAMALOVES will send a confirmation e-mail with a request to return the jewellery within 14 days of receiving our e-mail in the original condition and packaging to:
