Our collection includes charms in different shapes and sizes. The maximum number of characters for each charm has been listed on the website. In some cases, it will be possible to add some extra characters; we will do our best to make it fit. Besides letters and numbers, you can also choose for a heart or infinity symbol. Clearly indicate your preferences in the ‘customer note’ section. Tailor-made orders using logos or different shapes are also possible at an additional charge. In this case, and for any other special requests please contact us at customerservice@mamaloves.com.

Please note: Some shapes require some extra creativity to make longer names fit. In case of doubt, we will contact you to discuss your options.

It is possible that an item is temporarily out of stock. We understand that this can be disappointing. In most cases, the item will be restocked. For more information, please contact our customer service via email.

It is certainly possible to have something extra engraved on an empty side of a charm. We would be happy to assist you in discussing the different options for your existing jewellery. Please send an email to our customer service with a photo of your jewellery and your desired engraving.

Our necklaces and bracelets are available in different sizes and lengths. For bracelets, we recommend measuring your wrist with a piece of string to determine the correct size. For necklaces, you can also measure the desired length with a piece of string by placing it around your neck and measuring it.

It is always possible to add an extra charm to a necklace or bracelet. However, please note that not all charms fit on every piece of jewellery. If you are unsure, you can always contact our customer service via email. To order an additional individual charm, you can view our overview page of charms.

The Medium Coin Flat and Coin Flat, as the name suggests, are flat charms. The Coin, on the other hand, is a slightly more rounded, classic charm. The difference in dimensions for the three charms is as follows: Medium Coin Flat 1.5x1.5cm, Coin Flat 2x2cm & Coin 2x2cm.

MAMALOVES jewellery is made of Sterling Silver 925, 18 karat gold-plated, 18 karat rose gold-plated, and 14 karat gold. Our 18k gold-plated materials are made with a base layer of a "base" metal, overlaid with a "precious" layer of gold. The 14K yellow gold we work with is an alloy of 58.5% yellow gold, silver, and copper. Gold is a precious metal that does not oxidize or discolor under normal use.

To prevent the natural process of oxidation, MAMALOVES recommends storing the jewellery in a closed box, being cautious with perfume, and avoiding wearing it during activities such as showering, swimming, exercising, cleaning, and sleeping. Wearing it alongside other more abrasive jewellery or watches can cause wear marks, especially on soft materials like silver.

During daily use, our 18k gold-plated and Sterling silver jewellery may naturally tarnish (oxidize) due to air, as well as the natural oils on your skin and its acidity, which can vary for each individual. This is a normal reaction. Avoid using greasy creams, perfume, or oil. We recommend using the MAMALOVES polishing cloth provided with your order to polish the jewellery once a month. In addition, you can also clean Sterling silver with silver polish, but please note that this may cause stains on the cord.

For 14 karat gold jewellery, use a toothbrush and a non-abrasive cleaning agent to gently polish.

Almost all of our birthstone jewellery consists of Zirconia. Our 14K Birthstones are an exception to this, real gemstones are used here. Details about this can be found in the specifications on the product page.

In 9-karat gold-colored, the percentage of pure gold is lower than in 14K gold. This means that 9-karat gold-colored has a pure gold content of 37.5%, and the remaining part consists of other metals. This is often marked with a stamp of 37. The alloy of 14K gold consists of 14 parts solid/pure gold and 10 parts other metals, such as silver or copper.

All our jewel;ery is made at the moment an order is placed in our atelier. The beauty of this personalization is that there are sometimes slight differences between individual engraving styles. While we try to match the styles as closely as possible, any irregularities should be appreciated as part of a unique engraving.

ORDERING

If you want to make changes to your order or cancel it, please notify us by phone within 1 hour of placing your order. If your order was placed outside of office hours, please contact us directly during the next working day.

If you want to modify the delivery address, please contact us by phone within 24 hours or send an email to our customer service.

For gifts, we offer a luxury velvet gift box and a gift bag. You can order both options separately. You can find these options in your shopping cart or in our menu under Gift Card & Accessories.

Every MAMALOVES product is unique and handmade. The production time differs per piece of jewelry. Once your order has been made, we aim for a shipping time of 1 - 3 working days*. We offer a VIP Service for rush orders. You can select this during the payment process and it has an additional cost of €19.95. If ordered before 12:00, the order will be shipped the same working day. Here too, the full invoice must be paid first.

If you have a discount code or gift card, you can enter it in your shopping cart*. At the bottom of the shopping cart page, there are two options to enter a code, one for the discount code and one for a gift card.

Since our jewellery is custom-made, you cannot return it. Therefore, we only accept returns for jewellery that hasn't been engraved. If you want to return your order (partially), please send an email to our customer service stating your order number and the items you want to return. Our customer service will handle the return process. We recommend using a track and trace code when returning the items.

Once we receive your return, it will take up to 5 working days to process it. Please note that it may take an additional 1 to 2 working days to refund the purchase amount.

You need to contact us by email within 14 days if you want to return your order.

The return costs are at your own expense. We recommend using a track and trace code when returning the items.

SERVICE & WARRANTY

We provide a legal warranty period of 6 months. If your jewellery becomes defective within this period, please contact our customer service via email.

First, try adjusting the knots of your knotted bracelet to make it looser or tighter. Click here for videos. Note: Sometimes the knots can be a bit tight, making it a bit difficult to adjust them.
